Generally, students will need to have a minimum of Windows 95 operating system. Each course will have its own requirement.

The Internet is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, and so is your online course.

In some cases, individual modules will be made available only for a certain period of time. For example, Module 1 may be available starting the first week of class, but Module 8 would not be available until the 8th week of class. Absolutely not! Even a beginner can successfully complete an online course. Navigating through your online course is simple because each class has been designed for easy navigation and minimal typing. Although there is no need to be a computer expert to take an online course, it is beneficial to know the basics of word processing, email, and Internet navigation
