Year 2006
- EXSA Award 2006, a group of Informatics staff were awarded the national Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2006 by SPRING Singapore in recognition of their outstanding services. This is the thrid consecutive year Informatics' staff had won and the company is the only Private Education Organisation with this honour.
- Appointment of Mr Val Philip Ortegan as the Chief Executive Officer of Informatics Education Ltd.
Panamanian Education Minister, the Honorable H.E. Miguel A. Canialez visited Informatics' new campus. The visit was organised by International Enterprise Singapore to showcase the strength of Private Education Organisation in Singapore with Informatics being the premier.
- Informatics' right issue was 1.68 times subscribed.
- Informatics appointed distinguished academic, Professor Chew Soon Beng, as an independent Director on the Board of Informatics.
- Informatics introduced Global Employment Services in collaboration with Oracle, Yamaha Motor Asia, Right People and Opus IT Services and others to provide career opportunities for students and graduates.

EXSA AWARD 2005
- In November 2005, a group of Informatics
staff were awarded the national Excellent Service
Award (EXSA) 2005 by SPRING Singapore in recognition
of their outstanding services. This is the second
consecutive year Informatics staff had won and
the company is the only Private Education Organisation
with this honour.

CaseTrust
- In July year 2005, Informatics
attained CaseTrust for Education, a scheme by the
Consumer Association of Singapore to certify companies
that have foundation for good quality student welfare
practices and standards.The certification also means
that Informatics have clear fees policy, well defined
student redress practices and system, disclosed commitment
to quality and well trained personnel.
Golden
Brand Award
- The Golden Brand Award for the
Education sector is a competition organized by the
organizers of the International Brand Summit 2005.
This award aims to give recognition to local and China
enterprises for the good work done in building their
companies brands.The International Brand Summit
(IBS) is an event held in conjunction with Global
Entrepolis @Singapore 2005 a mega event jointly presented
by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB)
and the Singapore Business Federation. The IBS is
organized to increase awareness on the importance
of branding among local and regional enterprises and
also to stimulate the growth of Singapores brands
and enterprises locally and regionally.

November
- Informatics announces its value-add
Global Employment Facility website for students, graduates
and alumni.
- Seven of Informatics staff was
conferred the National Excellent Service Award 2004
by SPRING Singapore, a first for a private education
organisation 2 Silver Awards, 4 Gold Awards
and 1 Star Award, the highest award in the category.
October
- Announced the Informatics Campus,
Singapore strategy. rog
- Launched the Informatics O/A-Level
Through-Train pramme, spearheaded by Ms Carmee Lim.
- Berjaya Groups strategic
stake in Informatics rose to 29.07% after the completion
of the Rights Issue.

- Informatics announces the appointment
of 3 new non-executive directors from the Berjaya
Group, with Tan Sri Vincent Tan being appointed as
Chairman of the Group.

- Berjaya Groups Tan Sri Vincent
Tan takes strategic stake of 28.7% in Informatics.
- Informatics opened its first centre
in Mexico City, Mexico; the first of its centres in
Latin America.
May
- Tycoon Oei Hong Leong takes substantial
stake of 8.29% in Informatics.
- Informatics partners with the
Jigawa State governor in Nigeria to offer IT programmes
for the Jigawa State community.
April
- Informatics Libya opened its first
centre in the capital city, Tripoli.
March
- Awarded the International Headquarters
(IHQ) Award conferred by the Economic Development
Board (EDB) Singapore
- Informatics made its first foray
into Brazil, through its partnership with Instituto
Informatics Brazil.
- Informatics collaborates
with the University of Libya, the first and only private
education institution accredited by Libyas High
Committee of Private Education, MOE, to offer IT programmes
at the University of Libya.

the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi,
a top technology institute in India NCC Education launched
the Education Partnership Programme, a new licensing
model that offers an extensive portfolio of academic
programmes
