ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of Informatics Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has received a letter from the Commercial Affairs Department (the “CAD”) today requiring the Company to produce to the CAD certain documents for the purposes of its investigation.

The Company wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that the Company is co-operating fully with the CAD in its investigations and is, at the request of the CAD, providing all the available and required information to the CAD.
